Above and Beyond on testing

We conducted our fourth round of rigorous testing at EFBE Germany for our innovative durandal handlebar, and we are pleased to report that all tests were approved without any issues. This testing phase was crucial, as it not only reaffirmed the quality and durability of our product but also showcased our commitment to safety and performance standards in the cycling industry. The EFBE testing facility is renowned for its stringent protocols and advanced methodologies, which provide an accurate assessment of the products under various conditions.

In addition to the standard tests, we took the initiative to go above and beyond by conducting additional examinations to evaluate the handlebar's performance after an extensive simulation of 100,000 cycles, which is equivalent to approximately 10 years of regular riding. This extended testing period allowed us to gather valuable data on the long-term durability and resilience of the durandal handlebar, ensuring that it can withstand the rigors of everyday use in diverse environments. We meticulously analyzed the structural integrity and overall functionality of the handlebar after this exhaustive cycle, which provided us with insights into its longevity and reliability.

Through these comprehensive tests, we aim to instill confidence in our customers regarding the quality of our products. The results not only validate our engineering design and materials but also highlight our dedication to continuous improvement and innovation in cycling technology. We are excited to share these findings with our community, as they reinforce our belief that the durandal handlebar is a top-tier choice for cyclists seeking performance and durability.

The conclusion drawn from the recent analysis indicated that there were only superficial fractures present on the top layer of the carbon material. This finding is significant as it suggests that there are no underlying structural damages that could compromise the integrity or performance of the product. The presence of these superficial fractures, while not ideal, is a common occurrence in the manufacturing process of carbon-based materials and typically does not affect the overall functionality of the item in question.

This development means that the second mold and the second design, which have been the result of years of dedicated research, testing, and refinement, are now finally ready for production. This milestone is a testament to the hard work and perseverance of the entire team involved in this project. The journey to reach this point has been filled with challenges and iterations, each contributing to the final product’s quality and reliability.

Moreover, since we have been actively promoting the handlebar for a considerable period, generating excitement and interest within the cycling community, we anticipate that the first batch of this newly refined product will sell quickly. The anticipation surrounding its release has been building, fueled by positive feedback from potential customers and early testers who have expressed their enthusiasm. We expect that the combination of our strategic marketing efforts and the high expectations set by our previous prototypes will lead to a swift sell-out of the initial production run. This initial success will not only validate our efforts but also pave the way for future innovations and enhancements in our product line.

Let us know if you are interested and we'll do our best to supply to your needs.
