Update on the Large Frame model

We began the intricate process of designing the new frame HT model 2.0 in late 2024, transitioning into early 2025. This phase was marked by extensive brainstorming sessions and collaborative efforts among our design team, where we explored various materials and structural innovations to enhance performance and user experience. By June 2025, after months of rigorous prototyping and refinement, we proudly produced the first batch of frames.

The results of our efforts were gratifying; after undergoing thorough testing at EFBE, we achieved an impressive 8mm stroke. This new measurement is significantly higher than the 6mm stroke of our previous 2020 model, indicating a notable advancement in our design capabilities and performance metrics.

Initially, we prepared a small batch of 10 frames, which were earmarked for initial sales to gauge market response and gather feedback from our early adopters. The positive reception and interest from our customer base prompted the factory to request a larger order of 50 frames. We agreed to this order, specifying that it would consist of 25 superlight frames and 25 regular weight frames. However, as production commenced, we encountered an unexpected issue: the factory consistently delivered regular weight frames instead of the intended superlight models. Upon addressing this discrepancy with the production team, we discovered that 14 of the ultralight frames produced did not meet our stringent weight specifications. They were heavier than our desired parameters, necessitating a complete rebuild to align with our quality standards. This setback contributed to further delays in our timeline, and as a result, we currently have a total of 75 frames in the Medium size model. Our original production plan was to create 50 frames in size M followed by an additional 50 frames in size L. However, given the current circumstances, we are now in the process of negotiating with the factory to temporarily halt the production of the low weight frames. This pause will allow us to redirect our resources and efforts towards molding the Large frames, ensuring that we can meet the diverse needs of our customer base effectively. We remain committed to delivering high-quality products that not only meet but exceed our customers' expectations.
